This is a fun sexy class that will teach you a short choreography of burlesque style dancing with a chair, sometimes acrobatic. Pre-requisite: None
The Intro to contortion class has one goal: make your body bendier! The class will put the emphases on back flexibility as well as accentuate your splits. The ultimate goal of this class is to stretch you safely and work on opening your hips, allowing you to eventually have all your splits as well as developing your upper and lower back flexibility No experience necessary.

This class is created to give you a better range of motion in your shoulders and work on your back flexibility as well as open your hips and release tightness. All levels are welcome!
