This class, to be taken once only, is recommended for a people that have never pole danced before and are looking to learn the very basics. It will teach you the basic of spinning, momentum, position and safety. It’s the best environment to start in because you will be with a group of beginners like you!
This class will teach you the first spins and including floor and transitional moves. This class is more fitness oriented and only included SPINS and a few basic climbs and sits. We recommend a POLE VIRGINS 101 class but it is not mandatory!
In this class, you will learn the basic inversions including inverted V, outside leg hang, inside leg hangs, sits, climbs and lay backs. This is a class intended for the students that are comfortable with spins and are ready to invert, working on basic inversions and adding level 2 moves, with progressions and regressions.
In this class, you will learn spins and basic inversions and you can put your pole on spin mode if you wish! Prerequisits: none
Pre-requisite: Minimum 5 classes of beginner. This class will teach you the hardest spins (one handed, legs free etc.). The students in level 1 must talk with a coach to get approved into an introduction into acrobatics class first, with climbs and basic inversion and your first inverted moves. Shorts are mandatory!
This beginner class uses the pole in spin mode and is not recommended for people who gets easily dizzy.
Pre-requisite : Minimum 5 classes of Level 1 and/or Flow. In this class, the teacher will go from person to person to help out individually, so you must have a few things to work on your own before you can attend.
This class is for those who are comfortable with the basic inversions and want to work on more complex aerial tricks and techniques.
In this class, you will learn sexy moves and transitions and develop your fluidity in a sensual way! We focus on choreography. High heels are welcome (but not mandatory) and knee pads highly recommended (we can lend you some for 3$!). This class is for all levels, but we recommend at least 3 classes prior to attending.
This class is created to unleash the Femme Fatale within while working your flexibility and your flow! Your instructor will show you moves and transitions on slow and sensual music, solicitating your flexibility within your limits and you will learn to let your body go where it desires! You will develop a bendier body through movements inspired by the transitions learned in class. Knee pads are strongly recommended, and high heels are welcome!
This class is a supervised practice where you can work on any move you want within your level.
