This is a beginner straps class, but you can also take it if you are intermediate, the coach will challenge you! No experience necessary.
This class is developed for the students who wish to create their own flow and choreography, learning new combos and transitions, with the goal to unleash their own artistic identity and style. Beginners & All levels.
AERIAL HOOP (LYRA) INTERMEDIATE Aerial hoop (Lyra) level 2 is the level following level 1. The prerequisites are to be able to lift yourself into the hoop without assistance, being able to create spin and inverting in motion as well as basic hoop figures. If the students are not sure if they are ready for level 2, they can join a level 1 class and the coach will give that student an assessment. *We strongly recommend you wear a leotard or bodysuit for this class.

This aerial silk beginner class will introduce you to this aerial art, show you how to climb and all the basics aerial silks tricks. *Jewelry (rings, bracelets or any accessory) that could damage aerial fabrics or poles is prohibited during these classes. * It is mandatory to have short nails (hands and feet) to do this class No experience necessary. All levels are welcome!
Come practice your favorite aerial discipline amongst: - Aerial Hoop (Lyra) - Aerial Straps - Aerial Silks - Aerial Chains - Gymnastic Rings (with or without a harness) *For all disciplines (except the gymnastic rings), you must have taken a minimum of 5 classes in that aerial discipline to be able to do an open practice or have taken a private class in that discipline.
